There are three cell phone companies near me and I am constantly annoyed with them. First I got a cell phone from them when I was thirteen years old and it cost me so much money that my allowance went down the drain. Now I am forty-five and still using the same cell phone. My monthly bills are about two thousand dollars a month and I hardly even use most of it. I live in an area where cell phones are very common and I have neighbors that give out their numbers every time they get out of the car or come home late at night.

One day a knock on my door wakes me up and the voice on the other end is calling me and wants to speak to me about a cell phone service that he has found in my neighborhood. I let him on the phone so that I can speak with him and he hangs up on me. So now I am suspicious of who he is calling and I would like to know who he is calling because I am getting more calls from the same number. I need to find out who owns this number because it keeps happening lately.

The first cell phone company to offer me cell phones when I was a teenager was Bluegrass Cellular. They offered phones that were cheap and that everyone else in my neighborhood had. It was a great deal and I think everyone should get one since it is so good. They have more than thirteen thousand cell phone customers a month in my part of town and it seems that they do a lot of advertising. So who is that calling me?

Well, if you go to their website you will see all kinds of cool features that they are offering and also you can look at their offers in the local newspaper. But if you don't want to pay any paper money you can also just call them to ask who they are. They will know who it is because they advertise in the newspaper quite often. And the best thing about it is that they actually take minutes to answer your call.

My next phone call was from a different company and it was to them from a number I did not recognize. They asked me who owned that number and I said it was one of my friends but they didn't really know. So then one of their representatives called me on the phone and explained that they could not find that particular number because they had cancelled it. Then they told me to check my friend's number and that they would try to find it for me. And they followed up with the name of the person I had just called.

This is what I came across when I tried to look up cell phone companies near me. Sure enough, there are several of them that I did not recognize and they offered me a great deal. They offered me two different unlimited cards. One for a low price and one for much more than I would have ever paid. But I decided not to take them up on their offer. Instead I chose to buy a local prepaid cell phone instead.

So here is my dilemma. I now have two phones and I know that one is from my friend and one is from this local phone shop. I also know that this new phone number is not a cell phone number. But I don't know what to do with this new phone. It looks just like an ordinary phone number to me and I can see no reason to purchase this prepaid card. I don't know if I should return it or keep it because it looks like garbage to me.

So I go back to the company I canceled my last time and ask for a refund. This time they are willing to let me return the card because I am the one that called them. They give me my money back and I am no longer bothered by these annoying cell phone companies. It was a frustrating experience but I got what I wanted and I feel much better now that I know who owns these annoying cell phone companies that are just too nice to give my money to.
